Nuqra processes the minimum data needed to run scan-to-pay: table and order details, payment records, and (for demo requests) the name, email, and restaurant you submit. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
Account credentials (stored only as salted hashes), restaurant settings, live table/order state, payment ledger entries, and demo-request leads.
Cookies
Nuqra sets exactly two cookies: a session cookie for signed-in staff (qpay_admin) and a language preference cookie (nuqra_locale). We use no analytics or tracking cookies.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on Nuqra infringes your copyright, our Copyright and takedown page explains what to include in a notice, where to send it, what we do with it, how to respond if your file was removed by mistake, and when we terminate accounts for repeat infringement. We remove infringing material within a reasonable time of being notified.
